Pray and wait on God's Kingdom.
When nothing happens, then obviously God didn't want to change the leopard's spots (or, more likely, you lack faith).
It's interesting that the GB doesn't "wait on the Kingdom" when it comes to investing in the stock market, hedge funds, building assembly halls, kingdom halls, and cushy country retreats or selling off real estate for big profits, but for social betterment and human rights that's where the WT draws the line.

black youths. When I told my JW daughter about the leopard
changing his spots (blacks may have their skin color changed in
the new system) she was shocked. And there is no one like a
