after following all this good advise,

wear high sleeve , high collar cloths inside and outside.

highlight the other wrinkles as testimony to a healthy active life style.

confiscate the glasses of those that look too closely. because

Failing eysight is nature's way of preventing men from seeing the wrinkles in their ladies skin.

Open up the vistas to areas of the you that are not wrinkled. open vistas to those that are entitled to view them. .

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Massage into face/neck. Leave for few minutes, hot flannel, hot as you can, hold on face, repeat hot flannel, repeat hot flannel.

do it everyday. Feeds the skin, and apparently helps with blemishes/sun spots etc.

You can also ex-foliate by adding sugar.

Palmer's Cocoa butter Formula with Vitamin E is supposed to be very good too.(cheap)

Just got my bottle to read label for you.

Softens, smoothes and blends unattractive marks and scars and relieves dry skin.

Fragrance free, hypoallergenic, for sensitive skin. Smoothes marks, tones skin.

An excellent after tanning butter, widley recommended for stretch marks during and after pregnancy.

Uses daily after the Olive Oil treatment

(intensive treatment to start with for damaged skin)

Let us know how it goes.

Always always use sun protection on face/neck/hands that get most exposure to sun/weather.

drink plenty of water to re-hydrate. Don't smoke, a killer for skin as you age.

My ex-mother in law looks like a shrivlled old prune (karma mwahahahhaaa) from excessive smoking. And, she has a bad heart !

PS: genes have a big part to play.

Diet - what is you diet like? How much fish do you consume ?

Look at those races cultures with smooth skin - they eat a lot of

fish - raw and broiled- fish oil - olive oil - eating it I mean.

Coconut oil and shea butter shoud also be consumed and applied

to the skin - forget the "low fat" any natural fruit of vegetable oils

are good for you and benefit your skin and heart.

Skin is effected by blood supply. If you smoke, that is a vascular

constrictor and does not allow oxygen to get to your skin.

So do not smoke. For the external surface of your skin use Vitamin C

in liquid form, look for it in health food stores or in the "organic" section

of the cosmetics, Avalon makes: Vitamin C cream Vitamin C cleanser,

Viamin C serum. MOSTLY : look at your Body Wash, Shampoo, and

anything you put on you skin and be sure it does

NOT contain Sodium Laureth Sulfate This ingredient will not

only sap your skin oils it will cause your hair to fall out.

Most all shampoos contain it and all body washes except

those marked NO sodium laureth sulfate SLF

Drink water - Do not drink Pop or too much alcohol.

Get 8 hours sleep. Exfloliate with scrubs, then apply vitamin C cream.

Do NOT use any creams with Mineral Oil in them

( like Avon) Mineral oil does not allow the skin to breathe,

covers the skin and smothers it, saps out natural moisture,

it is a cheap ingredient added to prolong shelf life and

increase profit, it is inorganic and made from petroleum.

Cocoa butter is great for wrinkles, and completely safe to eat too.

I also use sweet almond oil on my face. It is full of vitamins and good oils and absorbs and brightens your skin.

Rosehip oil is excellent also. Great for sensitive skin and it's a dry oil (so it sinks straight into the skin without leaving an oily film) as well.

Have a Jessner peel, then follow all the above advice. Olive oil, almond oil, actually any good organic oil from the health food store. Massage a little into your skin while still wet from the shower. Use sunscreen, hat, etc. Eat healthy food. Jojoba oil is very similar to human sebum, it is maybe better than the other oils. Sebum coats your skin to prevent moisture loss. Wheat germ oil contains an oil very similar to the natural ceramides in your skin. Ceramides are the mortar between your skin cells, also preventing moisture loss. You can both eat wheat germ and use wheat germ oil on your skin.
