Context helps. The "organization" he's speaking of is his musical organization that's required for touring and recording.
Come on! It's well known Prince uses brothers to run his music business. He's speaking in riddles, since when does a musician talk of his management of an "organization"? and taking "directions from the outside world"?

If he meant the Watchtower organisation then at least he's admitted that the religion revolves around the organisation, not Jesus or the Bible. He seems proud of it, but he's unwittingly admitting all Jehovah's Witnesses are just idolators of their organisation. Everything, I mean everything, is subordinated to their allegiance and obedience to the organisation.
