We all have different paths. Blondie's path includes reminding herself on a regular basis what is wrong with Watchtower.

While my 2012 New Year's Resolution was to stop reading Watchtower materials, so I don't read Blondie's Watchtower thread anymore, I found that thread very important to me at one time. I know it's still important to others now. It breaks through the logic flaws or missing statements or missing references and highlights those flaws. If it is not important in your life, don't read it.

It's hard to do what you did- counsel others to live their life and not let Watchtower have a power over them- without receiving some criticism back.

You have been here 9 years and still start many threads. You may not have a weekly breakdown of the Watchtower study article, but many could still tell you to take your own advice. I post a bunch. I could take your own advice. But my path is my own, and I know where I am on it. I can stop any time I want to.

Another vote for Blondie!

I just started officially posting here a while ago but I've read Blondie's posts for years. They do provide serious food for thought for those that are looking for it. I'll echo what many have said... having the stomach to get through that material and post intelligent criticism is doing a great service to others.

If you're not interested... don't read them.

you know, if all the people who found theyre way out of the society just "moved on" and stopped checking in and staying up to date on the current bs and quit posting there would be no posts from veterans to help the newbies (like myself).

I believe Blondie just cannot let the JWs go and reading the magazines keeps her still in so to speak. Blondie I applaud you for all of the information you have given us over they years some of the info I would not have known unless you did not tell me but I sometimes wonder are you hooked on the JWs and like reading their mags?

Your comment is valid. Of course, you do not know of "Blondie", because you are 'new'. If you took the time to read through the many posts for the last ten years or so, you would most likely not speculate on her motives.

This is a driven woman ............. watch out !!! ...... she cares about children, and has spent many years working to expose childhoood sexual abuse .. she has also taken the time to analyze and expose the lies of the WTTM on a weekly basis, and, a the very least, is a Watchtower scholar, in that she knows every last pointwe are looking for, and is ALWAYS present to give us refs. on WT information.

She does because she is PASSIONATE about spreading the TRUTH about the TRUTH. That is IT.

I'm among those who do not appreciate the topic of this thread. An addiction is defined as a behaviour that is difficult to stop or control and that interferes with your life in unacceptable ways that cause harm to yourself and your family. How dare you imply that BLondie is addicted in any way to those rags? She provides an incredible service that, as others have noted, is "taking one for the team". Blondie is amazing and we all greatly appreciate her work on our behalf. She cares. WE need more people like her in this world.

Edited to add: so, are any of us who read her analyses also addicted? I don't think so. We are trying to help loved ones who are still trapped by the cult. What higher purpose is there?
