  How satanic for your employer to expect loyalty, and for you to go the extra mile when you are being paid!

  If this poor kid was not so sheltered and weak in the first place, then he would not have cried in the rain and ran home. He would have found another job like normal people do, and realized that sometimes you lose a job. The movie really illustrates how JW kids for the most part, are not equipped to handle life. No wonder the self-destruct at the first sign of hardship.

  " It's like a death.." LOL!! The kid wasn't even DF'd, and never was! Still, his growing up and becoming independent as children do, was likened to a death!? Yes, the JW's are some wackos!! They will destroy their own house of cards.

  So this mother cooks, cleans and even does their laundry for them!! She speaks sweetly, smiles and wears pretty little dresses etc. etc.

  What happens when these young men marry that pretty little pioneer sister in the hall who also never had to do any chores because she was pioneering and had a mother that did everything for her?

  As a born-in, I completely agree. Emotional intelligence and maturity are extremely low. It's made for an unpleasant transition to adulthood.

  I can remember how hurt I was when my brother was guilty of fornication back in high school. It's so weird looking back on how extreme and unnecessary it all was. I hope my kids don't have to go through this, but honestly I have no frame of reference to help them be more balanced in this regard. It makes me wonder what they'll be like in 20 years.

  But the dramas have always been kinda weird. It certainly makes me wonder on what planet there would really be people who acted like this....

  She'll whine and nag until he does the chores, or no 'marital due' for him. Well, no 'marital due' anyway, but that'll just be another justification for it. Just a theory, though...

  Damn.....that Vid sounds like some straight Bull Shit!! Sounds like it's after that drama they had about 4 years ago. The JW got a job, moved out and stayed with a fellow JW "friend". He got in some trouble after going out. Instead of there being a designated driver....he let his friend drive intoxicated and they end up crashing and going to jail for a DUI. Story is similar.

  It demonstrates, in video form, the entire lack of trust that the older generation has for the younger generation.
  No one trusts their kids, period.

  Leave a teen alone for 30 minutes, he'll start surfing porn on the net, or doing drugs.

  Leave a male and female teen alone for 10 minutes, they'll start humping like rabbits.

  Let them read anything, listen to anything, or watch anything, they'll abandon Jehovah at the drop of a hat.

  Leaving home at 21 is "like a death"? Wow!
