    OrphanCrow:

    Thanks OC:

I'll tell Atlantis as soon as he gets his face out of the BOE pile. He is digging up all the child abuse BOEs printed just for Canada. There is a case going on over there and the attorney's need all the child abuse BOEs they can find.

    Petra!

Ah...Petra. I didn't 'get' that the first time I posted! You have great hair. :)

I am looking forward to what Atlantis digs up on Canadian BOEs. There is not much publicity here in Canada about current court cases, and I have been curious what the judicial climate looks like up in the 'King of the North' country.

So, the BOEs for Canada are different than elsewhere? I would think that they must reflect the difference in existing Canadian laws from the laws in the States concerning mandatory reporting.

As I understand it, the Secretary has to keep a copy of the "Advance Decision Documents" (Bloodcards) in a file , advise the Group Overseer of any that are missing or over 5 years old and it is his job to follow up and obtain a completed doc. We shall see ho diligent they are about that.

Thinking about this, I note that the card is now linked to the HLC and advising them of the situation. If asked I would point out that the HLC can only represent "publishers". Since I am not one, they need not have (or should not want a copy of "my" card..

I thought that this was a big admission on the notes to Secretaries:

Pregnancies can prove to be particularly dangerous for our
    sisters when complications arise.

Special instructions are available....Out of their own mouth they said it..

Of course the HLC has to identify the pregnant JW women. They have a recruiting responsibility to provide babies to InfaCare Pharmaceuticals Corporation, the producers of Stantate:

“The person who signed this document did so in my presence. He or she appears to be of sound mind and free from duress, fraud, or undue influence.”

If only the person signing the document understood undue influence, often completly invisible to appearances.
