My DIL is japanese ,two of my grandchildren 3 & 5 yr olds can speak both languages which I think is great.and yes I think australias future lies more with its asian neighbours than anywhere else.Its just an inevitable fact of life in the ever changing world we live in.
People who think the status quo remains forever live in a fools paradise .
