The Alexa stats are not super-accurate as I believe they are based on a browser toolbar / plugin.
i.e. you are only measuring traffic from people who install the toolbar, typically users of older IE versions.
That would account for the higher representation of visitors from India where older IE versions still have a larger share.
The Google Analytics are much more accurate and show a more realistic picture that you'd expect:
