Can someone post the CO congregation checklist for when the 'inspect' halls? I remember a section in the newest one regarding the new contributions. There's something in there that basically asks "Is the congregation paying their promised $$$. If not, why?" I swear there was also something in there that is like, "Is this congregation really contributing what they can? Can they give more?"
