The WT have very many issues where they take multiple positions in the publications. It's very clever as regards the rank and file who generally do not look too deeply when shown from a publication what they must be doing.

It's not so clever in a court of law where WT dogma is not king, the elders have no authority and the prosecution teams are educated and analytical.

Sorry brain fart, it was the blood sucking lawyer Mc Cabe that I was thinking of. I'm terrible with names.

Here you can find the case listed by searching "Elizabeth McFarland"

The Judge assigned to the case is John Miraldi.

Some comments from the Judge when he was runnng for election:

Miraldi, an Elyria resident, has worked as a civil attorney at private practices for the past 25 years. He joined Miraldi & Barrett Co. after leaving the University of Toledo and stayed with them until 1999. He then opened his own law firm, John R. Miraldi Co. and has run it for the past 12 years. He has been married for 25 years and has three children.

Miraldi has run his practice on strong Democratic principles, he said.

“I have represented people for my entire legal career under a contract that says I don’t get paid unless I win,” he said. “These people come to me because they’ve been injured, maybe it’s a work site safety matter, maybe it’s medical negligence.”

Though he has not handled criminal cases, Miraldi said his background with complex litigation makes him capable of learning quickly.

“I have the intellect to pick up criminal codes; the rules of procedure, the rules of evidence, are very similar,” he said.

Miraldi decided to run for the office because he feels he could serve the public well.

“I’ve never sought public employment before,” Miraldi said. “I think I can give back to this community by being a judge who is fair minded, who is skilled legally, who understands that access to the court is not enough, it must be fair once you get inside. A judge must preside over the courtroom where no one has an unfair advantage because of who they are or how much money they have.”

I wonder why Jesus didn't include the child abuse issue in his prophecy regarding the faithful and discreet slave?

Court has processed complaint, stamped it and sent a copy to all parties on August 8th.

Can anyone enlighten us on the US court process?
