A two mile corridor was set up around the scene of the accident. Firefighters were having trouble removing the young person trapped inside their vehicle, equipment kept failing. Suddenly out of nowhere a person looking like a Catholic priest showed up, blessed and anointed the injured and told the firefighters their equipment would now begin to work. 'A calm set in over the entire accident scene. The priest then vanishes.

    The injured person is recovery.

How would you call type of thing this now-

How would you have called this when a JW-

    Now ... I'd say: "WOW ... that's a miracle. Praise The Lord"

as a JW: "that was a demon .. you know that Satan transform himself in an angel of light "

Bella- It is funny how a JW would toss this thing as a demon, a Fundamentalist wouldn't want to give any credence to a Catholic (evil RCC) and as a non-believer we'd say- look for a realistic answer like it was night and you couldn't see past your hand.

Urban legend is what I would call it.

Scott- remember back in the early 70s the Jesus Freaks would talk about Jesus appearing on Highways, usually out in the desert, and would vanish. Some kind of prelude to the Rapture they thought was going to happen back then.

I remember the Jesus on highways - things. It seemed that everyone knew of someone who had had Jesus or an angel suddenly appearing in the back seat, saying "the end is nigh" and then disappearing. For the last 30 years, he or they must have had other things to attend to, since I have heard of no car visitors since then.

But perhaps they have changed into priests blessing equipment.

    Urban legends and mass hysteria.

With all those pictures taken - how come not one single one of them shows the mystery priest?
