You DONT have to prove anything in court. Research "Private International Law". Under the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code). You have more power than any court/judge/attorney has. Also look up the term "Conditional Acceptance". You could easily take these jaydubs to the cleaners if you wanted to.

You have a loaded gun in your pocket, Learn how to use it.

Truthseeker you're walking proof of the dangers of a little bit of knowledge. I fail to see what either of this legal terms has to do with anything being discussed here. I only hope the people you talk to here have the good sense to ignore your moonbat ideas about our legal system.

The best person to ask is an employment lawyer as JeffT suggests. I'd be tempted to think of your situation as a risk management exercise in a way: ie think of what could happen if you fade/ leave and do some contingency planning. This forum is a good place to talk through the options but as for specific specialist advice advice I'd see, well, a specialist. :)

chatting through a list of "what ifs" on here might help on the wider situation.

    Welcome!

Visualize what your ideal new life will look like and make small changes to get there.

Worth repeating as everything... really does flow from there. Stop and think about where you would like to be and the steps on how to achieve this will become easier to see.

Truthhurts... what you posted about the Uniform Commercial Code doesn't make sense. Are you one of the folks who has been convinced that you are a "sovereign citizen?"
