Is the Watchtower Study magazine spoken or written? I never used the phrase "spoken Chinese language."
So then I must be talking about Chinese orthography (aka WRITTEN language) & the ongoing debate between Traditional & Simplified characters

There is a lot in common between the domination / mind control techniques of religious cults, such as the JWs, and that used by the more extreme political groups, such as the communists. (But these techniques are not just limited to communism. In their time, the Nazis used similar - if less effective - thought control methods).
Whether or not the JWs are a communist front, though, is another matter.
During the years of the cold war (when I was a JW), you used to get that charge flung at you.
The classic rebuttal to that accusation was:
"If we are communists, how come we are outlawed in the Soviet Union - together with in all the other communist block countries?"

Maybe the Watchtower is combination of Socialism & Communism. Remember the letters the Watchtower leadership wrote to Hitler, expressing solidarity with what the Germans were doing?
Hitler was a fascist. Facists and Communists hate each other. Hitler jailed the Socialists and Communists first before he went after the Jews.
The WTS is a totalitarian, centrally controlled organization. Dissenters are free to leave, as long as they leave their families behind. That is all they have in common with the Chinese Communists.
The Watchtower has been truthful about one thing. They declare themselves a "Theocracy".
Theocracies have their place in the discussion of human governance, along with Communist, Socialist, Democratic Republics and Totalitarian/Military regimes.
The Islamic religion has established Theocracies in many places. Afghanistan is an example of the tug of war between extreme Islamic theocratic rule by one sect or the other.
Thw Watchtower claims to be the mullah for their "Theocracy" franchise.
They are the largest country in brooklyn.

My answer: Disfellowshipping annually gets rid of the bottom 1% in the JW organization who are viewed as uncommitted. Non-JW corporations routinely fire those who are inefficient or causing distraction which diverts from the central goal(s) of the organization.
The WTS policy of protecting child molestors is heinous, but it is a way that they support their sacred image among their followers that they can do no wrong. JW's believe any such problems are either non-existent or blown out of proportion by "apostates". Therefore the WTS can skate by on the squeaky-clean image that they sell to their followers.

My answer: I can't argue with that. However attempted domination may not always indicate communism in the truest definition of the word.
