Seems to be a common problem. The copy I got from http://richardfrank.nl/1927.pdf has the same problem.

Yeah, the 1927 Watchtower that circulates within that torrent of the old magazines has page 260 missing.

It looks like all the available 1927 WTs online come from the same original scan project with p. 260 missing I think they are the scans done in the 1990s, put onto CD-ROMs and sold.
