Looks like others had the same idea. Hands down, I would put "RELIGION IS A SNARE AND A RACKET" and also "SERVE GOD AND CHRIST THE KING".

I think using their own words against them might be the most effective. They are used to tuning out apostate messages but what if the "apostate" message is a cover or page of their sacred Watchtower.

The billboard idea is great. Maybe we could all chip in on one sometime.

I like blowing up what respectful observer had above including the photos.

I also like the idea of people going in full JW gear with badges, and wearing bags on their heads with signs that hold quotes regarding how you can be disfellowshipped simply for believing or thinking differently.

Always use their own quotes. I really like the bag on the head idea. It would be powerful especially with people still "in".
