Yes, deleting / blocking PMs will be in the new site.
I am going to improve the search too but you can already do what you request using Google:
Limit the search to this site and add the phrase you want to search for, e.g.:
site:www.jehovahs-witness.net united nations
Then use the search tools to limit the date range as required.
