I always found it funny the questions people would ask when my wife was having a 'bible' study.
1. Who are you studying with?
2. What book are you studying?
It's supposed to be a 'bible' study but it's automatically assumed/implied you're not studying the bible. Rather you're studying some Watchtower publication.

I was wondering about the next one in line, the one leading up to Baptism™ or just following Baptism™?
I'm looking at "Come Be My Follower" (published 2007) and "Draw Close to Jehovah" (published 2002).

Thanks Blues, I was well out by then, so I don't believe I have had sight of that book. is it as I imagine ? full of "admonition" (They love that word) that the only way to stay in God's love is to be an active member of the WT/JW Property Trading Scam ?
If so, how very different from what Jesus says.

The gods love book is a more detailed treatise on conduct of jws such as how to act in a Jw family, things like avoiding masturbation and porn, blood fractions, and treating dfd people. I can't remember about the obey the org stuff because it was pretty boring. If the bible teach book taught the basics of jws such as 144000, 'Jehovah', last days, Armageddon and basic conduct like neutrality, not smoking or having sex, celebrating Xmas etc, then the gods love book goes further, into more control of your personal life.
