We’re familiar with the statements about how a person’s claim to be anointed is between that God and the individual.

We thus have no way of knowing the exact number of anointed ones on earth; nor do we need to know. If the governing body has no way of identifying the anointed and admits they have no need to identify them, if there is such a cloud of suspicion surrounding the mental health of those claiming to have the heavenly hope…
… WHY IS IT SO DAMNED IMPORTANT TO HAUL SOMEONE IN THE BACK ROOM AND ASK WETHER THEY RECOGNISE THE GOVERNING BODY AS BEING ANOINTED AND USED BY GOD?
Why do the lowly earth dwellers not enjoy the same lack of responsibility for identifying these people?
