Yadira and anewlife, thanks for your words. Its a hard thing to go through..losing family and so called friends. It's hard facing the fact that those you were raised around and actually looked at as "family' will quickly drop you from their life if they deem you not 'spiritual enough'. So many people I thought of as literal 'sisters', but when I missed a few meetings, looked the other way.
It's taken me awhile, but I've finally found I can trust people again and not worry about their hidden motives. No 'will I have to be baptized?' or 'will I have to study with them?' or 'do I need to put in more hours?'. Now when people ask how I'm doing I know it's because they really want to know.
