I love how Butters reverse-witnessed to the JWs, and got them to join his government religion (next scene showing them saluting the flag, singing the Nat'l Anthem, etc). Too funny....

The episode is called "Let Go, Let Gov." It just aired last night.
If my organization was aired on South Park you think that
might be a wake up call. It put you in a special group of weird-o.
I would ask myself, why are they making fun of my religion.
This show makes fun of off beat religions, aliens, child molesters,
satan, Mormons and etc.
Jehovahs organization doesn't fit among those groups, we shouldn't
be made fun of.
For a JW to say, South Park is being used by satan. This is an indication how
weird you are.

Either way, the whole sub-story is indeed a parody of the JW's and other evangelical Christians. It's subtle but has some interesting JW-speak and actions in there. Especially towards the ends 'molesting young boys comes with the territory'.
