I got it to work!!
I had to go into the Properties menu of Internet Explorer (right click on your mouse button to get that option) and click on the General folder. Then clicked on the Accessibility button.
I clicked on Ignore font sizes specified in website
It fixed the "microprinting" resolution I was getting.
PS - However, I had to undo this operation when I was finished reading the website because it was interfering with the resolution of JW.com's font size.

Thanks for the input everybody, I will look into the way font size has been specified in the CSS and see I can manage a correction which will make everyone happy!
Sorry about using the "loaded" phrase "proper view", no pun was intended, but it is pretty funny/freaky.

Simon, thanks for the great tip, you hit the nail on the head.
I have made changes to the way font-size is determined in the CSS (style sheet); now it uses units of "%" instead of "EM". Although both are relative size specifications, it seems that "EM" units aren't happy when the browswer's text size is set to anything other than medium.
Bottom line: the site should now work for everyone, without having to change your font display properties.
