Nice blog again Cedars (I like reading it!). I must say though that the question in the title is not being answered in the end of the blog. You do not end the blog with a conclusion that fits the title (although I can make my own conclusions).

DeWandelaar - I know what you mean. I suppose only time itself can answer the question "Will it stand the test of time?" But I think I make a fairly strong case as to why it won't. Put it this way, I think it's more likely people will be laughing at the revised NWT 50 years from now than my blog post.
