Great point. If I die and get resurrected, then I cannot die anymore according to the WTBTS. So what's the "final test" dogma all about? What's the point? Either you cannot die, or you can be killed at the final test, which is it?

Speaking of passing the post 1000 year test:

(John 10:27, 28) . . .My sheep listen to my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. 28 And I give them everlasting life, and they will by no means ever be destroyed, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. . .

(John 17:1, 2) . . .Jesus spoke these things, and, raising his eyes to heaven, he said: “Father, the hour has come; glorify your son, that your son may glorify you, 2 according as you [the Father] have given him [the Son] authority over all flesh, that, as regards the whole [number] whom you have given him, he [the Son] may give them everlasting life. . .

These two Scriptures can't be true if humanity only gains everlasting life following the post Millenium release of Satan. For by that time Jesus will have already handed the kingdom over to his Father.

children of the resurrection must refer to the resurrectees, as contrasted with the children of Eve&Adam who carry, inherit reproductive powers/mandates.

according to WT not all resurectees will make it into the kingdom-free post-1000 year period/perfection world. using

Iaiah 65:20 "--for one will die as a mere BOY [young], although 100 years old-- as a SINNER--"; 20: "-- my chosen ones will buid houses--"

Unrepentant resureccted ones with brazen conduct , not obeying WT instruction will die or be done away with even during the millenuim.

Wt also adds that your

rate of growth to "perfection" will be proportional to your faithfulness, "spiritual" advance i.e. service record then.

BSW: the CHOSEN ONES whose flesh will be saved is not the heavenly class the 8, but

the CHOSEN ONES in Isaiah 65:22 above.

? can the resurrectees use surgery, hormone treatment to get around the "children of the resurrection syndrome" as the angels did (by other means), when viewing those inviting pre-deluge ladies?

I had to get used to the Witness idea that "imperfection" is related to "sin". Which might explain why my Witness dreads growing old with the alarming ailments, infirmities, and gradual decline that goes with it.

I think the idea of two worlds, one flawed and the other perfect, is as old as Plato. I find that Paul speaks of these two worlds and our striving for that "other", quite a bit. But I can't find the scripture I remember.

I found this on wikipedia:

Early Christian writings, especially Paul's, are replete with calls to perfection. Many of these are collected in a discourse by St. Augustine, De perfectione iustitiae hominis. They begin already with the Old Testament: "Thou shalt be perfect with the Lord thy God." (Deuteronomy 18:13.) see these past few years as a witness ive found myself scared of what will happen because of the fewr THEY put in me.

I always asked when an individual in the paradise on earth would become "perfect" like Adam and Eve? Would everybody progress at the same rate or differently? How would you know that you or someone else had reached that point? The WTS teaches that by the end of the 1,000 year reign everyone would be "perfect" like Adam and Eve ready for the "final test" Satan and his angels released from the abyss to draw some after themselves (sands of the sea) to attack God's government on earth. The WTS has said that some might reach it before the end but all at the end (others who did not reach perfection would be dead) would be perfect. I never got a straight answer.

No contradiction here to my knowledge. The Society teaches that only the resurrected anointed will be immortal (unable to be killed), up in heaven. Resurrected earthly ones will be mortal, just with everlasting life (perfection). It's all rather silly, of course, especially the part where the anointed are immortal but the angels are not.
