I find that sauteeing the dots tends to make them tough; but when grilling they are yum-yum-good!

Did I ever tell you guys about the time.. I was around 12 and pushing a friend of mine around in a shopping buggy. We were in the parking lot of the supermarket and as a gag I thought I would pretend to run him off of a little grass hill. I rolled the buggy down the grass about a quarter of the way ignoring his franting shrieks. Well enough is enough I thought with a grin and started to pull him back up. Well.. backwards, up grass, with the weight of his buggy, I suddenly realized that perhaps in 5 or so years I'd have enough strength to do it.

So I let go.

Over and over the buggy (and I) flipped, to land at the bottom in a bruised heap. I remember the eerie silence, the distant laughing of surprised spectators, and my furious running as my friend chased me all the way home. Good times. Good times. That was in middle school.

What's my point? Nothing. Figured this was as good a spot as any to have no point though.

On the IQ thread, you purposefully clicked me over to the Watchtower Observer forum for me to read the latest insults against me. I originally responded to you from what I read on this forum. I didn't fault you or the spewer of insults - Tina. But to say I didn't notice wouldn't be accurate. You repeatedly tried to click Larc over to that same thread - but he declined, saying he wished to respond to your comments on this forum. Smart man.

Now, on this thread - which had been dead for a month with NO responses to it - you repeatedly bring up another - even longer dead thread which was a flame war.

You think it has everything to do with my "line thingie" comment - I don't. We both spoke our opinion - and Simon's spoken his. I would like to leave it that we just agree to disagree - leaving continuing insults aside.

To repeatedly bring up flame threads long after they're dead - or to click people from this forum over to Watchtower Observer forum to read blatant insults against them is baiting, imho.

It's hard enough to try and remain above the acidity of some posters without being baited.

Once again, I'm trying to reach a peace with you. I hope you agree to disagree without further insults.

waiting, despite your tainted reputation on this forum (LOL!) that was one pretty cool post. Keeping the peace is always admirable. Even confrontation can be polite and kind.

I agree, nasty digs aren't cool. But this was not a nasty dig. I laugh at the idea of waiting's reputation being tainted by making a mistake. It was a joke. Again, you're taking things too personally. It has nothing to do with you OR Julie OR Tina. I just find it funny that ANYONE thinks waiting ruin her reputation by making a mistake. That is my opinion.

I'm TRYING to keep the peace with you, IF you'll let me.
