Very well-meaning and correct in its righteous indignation of the crap being spewed out by the WBTS lately, and not a bad idea (but a vain and naive hope) to try and create a critical mass of disaffected elders, but totally flawed as to its underlying premise that all JW elders are appointed by holy spirit. Such a notion is forlorn wishful thinking. It is the blind leading the blind in this organisation, nearly all elders being just as blind as the GB.
You cannot put new wine into old wineskins. The organisation and its leadership cannot be reformed. It will simply sail along for decades to come all the while shrinking in ever decreasing circles within its existing erroneous framework of flawed doctrines and policies.

If there was really a governing body at Acts 15:1-33, which there was not, and if the GB was not an "add on" "body" now naturally "set in opposition" to and elevating itself over "the body of the Christ", this is how burden free the actual decision of James, from the apostles convened at that time, with NO "governing body" present, but everyone, including "the congreagtion" as a whole, would be:
(Acts 15:19-20) Hence my decision is not to trouble those from the nations who are turning to God, 20 but to write them to abstain from things polluted by idols and from fornication and from what is strangled and from blood.
But instead at temple inspection NOW, we have Bethel befouling all JWs:
(Zechariah 3:1-3) And he proceeded to show me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of Jehovah, and Satan standing at his right hand in order to resist him. 2 Then [the angel of] Jehovah said to Satan: “Jehovah rebuke you, O Satan, yes, Jehovah rebuke you, he who is choosing Jerusalem! And "it" in the above starts with a judgment of JWs:

So human efforts are not needed for what can only be removed by God in his own due time by Bethel's desolation (Dan8:13-14):

1. REMOVE the "Governing Body".
There is no additional "body" in the Bible but the "body of the Christ".
The "Governing" "Body" is the body of the "man of lawlessness", palin and simple.
Until that lie is removed, nothing will be reformed. It is JW judgment time as foretold, soon. Christ will remove the obstacles; (2Thess2:8) at the judgment period.
(Zechariah 3:4-5) Then he answered and said to those standing before him: “Remove the befouled garments from upon him.” And he went on to say to him: “See, I have caused your error to pass away from upon you, and there is a clothing of you with robes of state.” 5 At that I said: “Let them put a clean turban upon his head.” And they proceeded to put the clean turban upon his head and to clothe him with garments; and the angel of Jehovah was standing by.

You can only pull the wool over the eyes of many for so long , sooner or later they will see the deception.
I remember years ago with the increase taking place in Italy how the organization boasted of its success in a Catholic dominated country , the Papal seat of Rome.
Its good to see Italians are starting to see the Real Light , as opposed to the Nu-lite dished out by the WT organization

Not sure whether this is an interesting new development or a rehash of an old failed approach. When the Internet was newish there was a lot more talk about "reform" and grass roots or elders led movements for change. But it never came to anything, disillusionment set in, and those with differences with the Watchtower leadership simply left. And now the emphasis is mainly on ways of leaving, not bringing about change in the organisation. Are Italian dissidents going through a similar development, or is this something genuinely new?
