  No? What about Governing Body member, Faithful & Discreet Slave, Branch Overseer,

  Member of the Worldwide Order of Special Full-Time Servants of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Circuit Overseer, Missionary, Coordinator of the Body of Elders, Elder, & Ministerial Servant, just for starters?

  Aren't all such ones "elevated" and used as shining examples for the rest to listen to and admire?

  Each of those titles gives the casual observer a general idea how spiritual and how close to Jehovah that that person is. It's a very good system!

  Don't forget "Stars of Revelation" and "Dukes!!" I'm also pretty sure that the Elders have been referred to as the "Shepherds of your souls." A title that pretty much belongs to Jesus.

  Also the term, "taking the lead" as used by J-dubdom, describes those who are "qualified" and "spiritually strong" and "appointed by Holy Spirit!" Those very terms denote an elevated status. After all, what are the opposites of all those terms??
