Yes, many people THINK the Watchtower has never proclaimed any individual person as a "prophet" but it has. Later (of course) that transfers over the the F&DS group... but logically speaking at the time in 1919, SOMEONE had to claim Russell was a prophet or else why the hell would anyone follow him? LOL.
