The JW arrangement is all about CONTROL, not the alleged "spiritual growth" of any individual member.
Wake up to the fact that JWs are a high-control, authoritarian cult.

Just ignore SFPW. He/she worships the org, and will never admit the issues that need to be adressed. If SFPW would have been in Queen Esther's place, everyone would have died because SFPW would have "waited on Jehovah."
No, the Elders can't determine repentence or forgive sins, or keep the congregation clean. What they can do, is to follow the GB wherever they go! They can read out of the Shepherd Book, and kick you out for disagreeing with dogma, but they cannot keep the congregation clean. Actually individual JWs are not part of the " Congregation ", scripturally speaking. They are volunteers for a corporation. The most that the Elders can do is keep the organization sanitized of all free will and individual thought.

@StandforTrueworship: Why does the entire elder body know of sins suppose to be kept secret? Where does the Bible permit spreading of ones sins? Using the elders own method- (Isaiah 1:1-20+) Jehovah invites the wayward Isrealites to come forward and make their case against him and he will condescend down (Imagine the King of the Universe talking with tiny micro-blots of flesh to make us white as snow and throw our sins out in the seas so far, we will never see them again.) -they show once again they are not following the Word of God but man made rules!
Kids need to understand once they tell the elder-body their sins they risk elders spreading those sins to every wolf in sheep's clothing. Learn by my example kids, don't give the " Elder Robert Ballard's a map of your past (man who hunted down sunken ships and found the Titanic after others failed) or any access to your sins Jehovah threw so far away from land that only these Sin Trollls with their Salvage Boats are freaky enough to dig up.
