Yes, Vienna, Austria. My friend lived there and was in the English-speaking congregation with Losch (even though they were both native German speakers). My friend was baptised in Melbourne in 1973, shortly thereafter moved to Vienna, and stayed there for 9 years. That was a time when the 'apostasy' bogeyman was running rampant if I know my WT history from CoC.
