Some congregations may not have a location in their territory that has sufficient pedestrian traffic to justify setting up a table or making use of a mobile literature display. However, even in those congregations, publishers are encouraged to consider including public witnessing in their ministry
Whichever way you look at it, the renewed push for public witnessing continues to gather pace. I have a hunch, however, that the push will fail to yield the results the GB is pushing for and that only a minority of Witnesses will take it up. The incentive for pioneers, of course, will be a relatively cruise-like way to count time: Standing behind a stand, sipping coffee, chatting to your brothers and sisters as passersby pass by without even noticing....
