My son told me the local needs item. We have a new cong forming in the circuit. My address is slap bang in the middle of the new map. The cong that Df'd me is 3 Territories away (15 mins drive).
Will I be a DNC?
Will the local elders try and "encourage" me?
Potential for some fun I think. Any idea's?

It's a certainty that your former BoE will pass on the addresses of every single DNC and spiritual leper when they hand over the territory maps to the new congregation's Service Overseer.
And when the time comes for the major spectator event, (the Memorial) then perhaps you'll get a visit from a couple of the new elders, to try and boost their audience figures for the Annual Grand Totals in the 2015 Yearbook!
Yes the current body who hold the map, (not my JC), do know I am df'd. Maybe if the service overseer is busy or incompetent, ?I may fall through the cracks. Kate xx
WT is increasing due to birth's and foreign speakers in Western lands not from over zealous pioneers or publishers. Also new cong's can be formed when they disolve and condense.

About 15 yrs ago a cong disbanded. The new map is almost identicle but the name is entirely new. They are just shuffling the numbers around. Kate xx
It's been over a year that my Mil's congragation was combiined "for a time" with another one 15 miles away in anticipation of a new KH buildiing. That has yet to come to pass. Her congregation shares with, I believe, two others in the same KH.
To me that says both a shrinking of numbers, and a shrinking of funds.
It will be interesting to watch this unfold over the next year.
THey must have found some good deal on land nearby to build a KH for all JWs pay up on and then sell and re-build elsewhere after awhile,,their new expansion kind of work.
You can guarantee that, if the new congregation was due to increased numbers attending meetings in nearby congregations, they'd be loudly trumpeting that fact andthat your son would pass it on to you.
Our circuit just added two congregations that had been part of an adjoining circuit. This is not growth , but is evidence of declining numbers. Recent circuit assembly attendance has been very low. On the other hand the number of pioneers is up. It seems like there is a growing divide between a minority of super zealous and the rest.
