Had Enough

Just jumpin' in here to say a big THANK YOU SIMON AND ANGHARAD.

This place has been a haven of comfort for me for the last year. My convictions about leaving the JWs became so much stronger once I started learning so much from the excellent posters here and I especially am so glad for the friends I've made here.

When my mom died a few months ago, I received so much more sincere comforting words and {{{hugs}}} from my friends here than I received from the JW "friends" I had in my whole lifetime as JW.

So thank you again for providing this place for us all.

Time is so precious, even more so, after losing so much time invested in jw life. In my case 30yrs of living the lie.

Your contribution of time and resources in maintaining of this community is like getting some of that 'time' back. Thousands of members and lurker's changing thier lives because of your efforts. Talk about a legacy. You and yours have truly won the battle against tyrany and oppression. The Watchtower Society has been and will continue to suffer loses, based solely upon the operation of jw.com.

Thank you, is not nearly the expression needed in this instance. Bless you, sounds to smarmy religious. So let me just say, we and all those yet to visit, owe you for helping us recover 'time' lost. Probably the best gift ever!
