Considering that these facilities are built specifically for the needs of the JW operation -- offices, dorms, commercial kitchens, etc -- is there much of a demand for such or are they forced to accept low bid offers just to liquidate the property and generate some ca$h?

I think they can use it for Hotel/Casino, nursery home, or similar project; or they can develop it into an apartment building as they did with the austria and switzerland facilities...

Whats the background on why they aren't there anymore ?
Just like the many other Branches being sold off in recent years the WTS.(JWorg.)
is moving into digital media distribution.
This way they can save a huge amount of operating costs in printing and make a financial gain by selling
these select branches.
Printing branches were always very expensive for the WTS. to run and operate, with the capability
to transfer its literature through the inter-net, the WTS. can save millions every year.
Expect more to be sold off in the future.

Wouldn't it be "thrilling" for the redundant branches to be turned into Jah-Jireh nursing homes?
Oh no! That would mean serving the elderly witnesses that donated and hung on every pronouncement made over the last 50 years!

I always wondered why these palces couldn't serve as housing for retiring CO's and DO's. I mean....why not? Thye are already bought and paid for.
Is Swedbank the listing company? Usually when a bank represents you here in the USA its because you were foreclosed on.

Again its about money, its cheaper just to kick these out on their own and let relatives look after these ones.
Yes they could be converted into care homes for special pioneers or retired CO, DO.
Since these people have put nothing into a retirement plan during their working lives and have to look for
financial help from the WTS. or relatives.
The God the WTS. really worships is the money God $$$, real-estate trans actions are its most valuable asset.

Jehovah never chose the WTS/JWS, the WTS. chose God Jehovah to exploit in their own operations
of its publishing house .
