I didn't know Steve Imhof, but from the testimony of his friends, he was a good guy. My condolences to his family and friends.

The Imhof family were excellent hosts, warm and caring people, and they welcomed this still shaken xjw into their home in 2003.

Steve was brilliant, his love of physics kept me fascinated for hours. He was truly a good man. I had always hoped to see him again one day.

Steve and Joy were at the Silentlambs march in Brooklyn in 2002. I met and talked with them there. They were so sweet! I'm so sorry to hear that Steve is gone. Life just isn't fair. Neither is death.
