  This was a weird article. The questions didn't seem to fit the paragraphs and there was no real lesson there, except "obey."

  OBEY! The rulers in the congregation, princes, sheikhs, chiefs, chieftains, mighty men, dukes....all refer to elders, "those who take the lead" = leaders. Thnk of the WTS heirachy.

  Thanks,, yesidid. This last article was reminded me of the pointless articles by Fred Franz. The message is that the elders are dukes and that even when you know they are wrong as an individual or a group, obey, obey, obey.

  I was surprised how recently this was brought up in the last 3 years...the dukes. My husband when an elder can remember being told that they were the mighty men and had more holy spirit than the rank and file (behind closed doors) but the WTS says the opposite in public.
