My husband took the kids to see it at the mall while I was shopping. I guess it was so packed, there were people standing. My daughter said it was really good and my son has been running around the house, making imaginary webs all weekend. My husband said it was good and very close to the comic book storyline. The only thing he found that would cause it to be rated pg 13 was some violence but not much more than you would see on t.v.

    I loved it!!!!!

I am absolutely in love with Spiderman!!!

Actually, when I was little, he was my favorite Superhero. We saw Spiderman Friday night and loved it so much that we went back today and saw it again. Here, they are showing it every 1/2 hour so we walked right in, no problem.

I really liked the way they didnt take themselves too seriously...there is alot of humor and Toby Maguire was the perfect choice. He played the geeky, kind hearted, accidental hero absolutely flawlessly. By the end of the movie, I was convinced he was Spiderman.

My only problem was his love interest, M.J. I couldve played the part just as well!

The best action movie I've seen!! Can't wait for the next one!!

    3.75 stars.

Very faithful to the comic book (considering Stan Lee himself was a consultant to the film production, this is no surprise)

Serious but not "dark" (NOT Spoofy like the Batman sequels)

    Excellent film.

Hollywood television show and Tobey Macguire confirmed a sequel already in the works, with Dr. Octopus as the villain. (Boy I would love to see Venom in a live cinema adaptation)

I just got back from picking up some tickets. DANG! the lines are all around the theater for the 10:00 show that was at 8:30. Then we went for breakfest. Going back at 10:30 for the last show.
There were 5 rows full up for Valet parking. That is a first. Usually the Vatete are standing around scratching with nothing to do. hahaha

I thought Willem Dafoe did a kickass job of playing the green goblin...

the wet shirt scene with Kirsten Dunst was priceless!

just got in a bit ago from seeing the movie.
Really really good. I'll say it was an E-ticket.
Theatre was packed but there were about 6 or 7 seats left in the front row.
I like it when the audience gets into the movie like they did this time. Makes it more fun.
I liked the part on the bridge when everyone started throwing sticks and rocks and chit at the greengoblin LOL hehe. .Yeah William D. did a good job. They all did a good job.
I'm surpprised Ebert and humperdink gave it only one thumb up. Oh well.
Fun movie can't wait for the next one.
