The "Faithful and discreet slave" is a fictional character in a parable that was supposedly uttered by Jesus. He (the FDS) is not a person, or "Class" of people living in the 21st Century. or indeed at any time, he, and the Evil slave are no more real than Harry Potter and his opponent.
And, if the parable was indeed uttered by Jesus, the characters were never intended to be any more real.
Just like the Wise Virgins, the Good Samariten , the Prodigal Son, the Merchant with the pearl........ and so on.
Devices (stories) to teach a lesson is all they are.
