Who Told The First Lie: God or the Devil?

Another theory is that the Creator God (who is all of existance, planets, people, space, etc)engaged in a "fragmentation" experiment
and fragmented himself into physicality. (3 dimensional)

Since then he has been experiencing physical existance thru us, (dogs, trees etc) and we are all working out way back into the God mind.
In this scenario, books like the Bible and the Koran are mere expressions (written by humans) seeking their God aspect. We are working UPWARD back into Godness and Oneness.
Perfecting and growing in wisdom as we go.
Eventually a stage will be reached were God becomes oneness again.

That's interesting Refiners. Is there a book you can recommend that propounds this theory?

I asked the very same question on H20 four or five years ago!

God also invented the first weapon of war: the flaming sword in the entrance to Eden. Adam and Eve didn't have a clue about war or swords, but good ol' Biblegod put one there to keep them out and left it up to them to figure out what-in-the-hell it was.

    LOL @ Fark!

I never even thought of that, of course it's true (according to scripture, anyway)!

Let's see, what implications could there be of that...hmmm....

CAIN: (to himself) My brother is SO irritating, I gotta do something about him, but what....hmmmmm.....

    ANGEL: HALT!

CAIN: (looks up at angel)(to himself) HEY! What's that spinning thing you got there? That looks pretty handy, wonder if I can make one of those!?!?

    Hi Dutchie,
This has been something I have given thought to for years so I will add more fuel to the fire.
If you will note by reading the scriptures, it wasn't the eating from the tree of the knowlege of good and bad that caused Adam and Eve to die. It was the NOT eating of the tree of life which was in the garden while they were out "toiling" for their food.
One of the most interesting points of this whole story is that God is made to look scared of what man was capable of becoming...
Gen 3:22 And he said: Behold Adam is become as one of us, knowing good and evil: now therefore lest perhaps he put forth his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever.
Gen 3:23 And the Lord God sent him out of the paradise of pleasure, to till the earth from which he was taken.

cant say i got either of those theories from a book dutchie.
If you want to hear information like that I recommend going to a local crystal or "new Age" shop and seeing if there are any groups in your area offering "chanelled' wisdom.Or a meditation group.
this information is primarily conveyed through trance chanellers who are making contact direct to the 'higher" realms!

Dutchie, Adam didn't have experience or knowledge of how long a "day" was????????? He sure as hell didn't know what dying was either!!! Have you ever seen the Simpsons when Homer is talking to the dog? They superimpose what the dog hears. e.g. Don't tear up the furniture translates to bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla. Seems to me that Adam's inexperience is important here. Don't eat of that fruit (can't remember the exact quote) translates to bla bla bla bla bla bla bla ...... the whole thing is absurd if taken on face value.
