if it floats, that size, it has a steel keel, like boeing airliners.

floating replicas are build on steel barges.

    ships of wood,

    are not good.

The largest wooden ship built was the Wyoming in 1909. She lasted until the 1920's but was so leaky the pumps had to be used continuously. She went down with the loss of all hands.

Floating in a lake or a creek is one thing, on the open sea it is all rather different.

    From the article:

I'm sure the story of the flood and a boat to rescue life is a Babylonian invention,' he said.

He believes the tale was likely passed on to the Jews during their exile in Babylon in the 6th century B.C.

And he doesn't think the tablet provides evidence the ark described in the Bible existed. He said it's more likely that a devastating real flood made its way into folk memory, and has remained there ever since.

EOM said- and no, that life size one hasn't broken up

EOM, that's intellectually dishonest, posting a pix and saying it's stable, but forgetting to mention this ark replica was built in Netherlands and rests on a platform built of modern metal barges.... The wooden construction in the pix is decorative touches added to dress it up.

A full-sized (135 m / 450 ft) version is in Dordrecht, open to the public. [ 4 ] This Ark is carried on a platform made up of 25 LASH barges and has a coaster's seaworthiness license.

Designs commented, "Why couldn't we have had a god named Enki, is that cool or what..."

You CAN have a God named Enki.

Simply call to him in the stillness of your heart, and if you are sincere he will answer you.

Many times we make things more complicated than they need to be.

    Ask.

    Seek.

    Knock.

    Enki is at the threshold.
