Band on the Run
I once worshipped with the Woodstock Jesuit Seminary community. The days of Roman Catholics not knowing their Bibles are long over. It was an intellectual feast to hear those priest preach in a small setting. I did not always agree with their opinions. Vatican II took place. Catholic lay people are much more knowledgeable than the average Witness concerning the Bible.
Also, classmates started Catholic school before Vatican II. They joke about not knowing the Bible as well as Protestants. Witnesses know Witness literature. The way they study Witness lit is superficial.
