What was the purpose of this post, since it’s crystal clear that other religions are in the lottery pool as you put it? If you offer your service for free, but the government bureaucracy doesn’t allow it, what then. I guess you people would think of stopping Gods work, right. So then where does the hypocrisy lie? I understand the comments of the atheist better. At least I know his hate for religion is genuine, and as he put its Satanic and it suits their own atheist agenda. Something I can respect.

Are you claiming to have proof that religions have no choice but to accept money from the Governments? That sounds absurd. It's equally absurd for any religion claiming to be " no part of the world ", to hold a position as an NGO in the UN or the OSCE. The ends do not justify the means. That course is tantamount to saying that GOD needs you to ignore his commands so his will can be accomplished. Lord, Lord!! Did we not accept money from the UN in your name?!...
As far as hypocrisy is concerned, I can't judge anyone really. I really can't say who is intentionally hypocritical. We are all hypocrites on some level. It seems that a religion who claims to be " THE ONE " would produce good fruitage without the bad. As far as Jesus' words go, he said that a fine tree CANNOT produce rotten fruitage. He didn't say they "would not." There is a big difference there. If we wanted to adhere strictly to the bible, then there does not appear to be a religion on earth that can be "THE ONE."

However I do make a parallel observation that religions like the Salvation Army that are will vested throughout the world with direct ties to the U.N. and other charity government founded organizations will not turn down at any time the help any government offers. Furthermore, Soup kitchens around the world will not turn away any monetary or food subsidies in the name of righteousness. In your analogy all religions are false and hypocrites then, so why then just place your judgment on 1 the JW, which is what your post started out to be. By your own words and understanding, just because the WT is in a list of religions that preach the gospel of Christ behind bars, do you have solid proof the WT accepts monies from the groups mentioned by you as other religions do? No, they don't turn down government aid, and I am not saying they should. The point is this, of ALL religions, ONLY the WTBTS claims that the governments are Satanic. So "in the name of righteousness", as you put it, the WTBTS condemns the governments while actively associating with them. That's where the hypocrisy comes into play. This is especially hypocritical since the WTBTS will DF any members who work out at the YMCA, citing interfaith as the reason. Still, the WTBTS can send representative to a government fuction, and rub elbows with " Babylon the Great" year after year. They can even accept money from the UN.... They judge the very hands that feed them. Can you see the paradox created?

There is a lot of money to be had by providing social services. The grant industry is very large. Thanks for the information, it appears the the Watchtower has decided that money is far more important than remaining no part of the world.
