Is GOD really going to kill "apostates" from the Watchtower??

I was thinking about this lately. Also there was a comment made by an Elder recently, saying that JEHOVAH(tm) would kill Elders who apostasized by not waiting for the "SLAVE" to get things right. So... what do you think about this? How would you approach with an uber-dub?

I was thinking about King David, Solomon, Manasseh, ect.. We KNOW that Solomon turned from JEHOVAH(tm), yet he was buried with his forefathers, unless I am mistaken. Doesn't the WTBTS say that Solomon will be resurrected?? Should Elders really be making those kinds of comments? Also, those men died of old age. The only ones that I can remember ever being directly killed by God were priests, for the most part. Sure there was Annanias and whats-her-name, but they get resurrected too.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the only people that I can think of that won't get a resurrection are the "goats." That group is yet to be determined, according to GB/FDS theology. Besides where do the scriptures say that Christians should obey any man, or group of men when they are wrong or face eternal death as apostates?? It would seem that the scriptures point to corrupt religious leaders as receiving a heavy judgment, not regular people who disagree with human ideas that do not meet the criteria for truth.

I always thought that the only people who won't get resurrected are the people killed by Jehovah™ himself and those who made the holy spirit sad.

Based on WT doctrinal history, this is probably true. You see, if an intelligent elder (oxymoron, I know, but bear with me) was allowed to challenge the "slave" to "get things right", then WT couldn't teach falsehood or promote silly policies for decades unchecked. Why fix a problem today when it can be fixed 50 years from now, after the damage is done? (organ transplants; blood fractions; alternative military service, etc)

So, no, I do NOT believe God will kill apostates.

Even now, though I don't believe Jehovah exists, I would not be afraid to be found wrong. I have valued the good things that Jesus taught.

Will that God hold me to account for not sorting through all the theological trash thrown at an uneducated person? (for crying out loud--WHO CAN READ ENOUGH AND STUDY LONG ENOUGH to be "educated' in all the Bible stuff there is????)
