Dude, you don't even try to help anybody, why do you exists if your not here to help the other JWs? Is all the questions for your upcoming book? I scanned the threads, you only answer your own questions which is so JW-LIke, it's selfish, have you thought of becoming a Elder again? They are good at asking questions instead of loving support to individuals like "Confused and alone", you have been here since the begining of JWN, why don't you help these posters here?

To extract the selfish JWness still embedded in your soul, try to give a little more! I noticed this months ago but kept my mouth shut, I will start a thread asking what your Stats are on helping JWN Members in Trouble.

Rotten, I believe you have been here under different names. I have actually helped more than a few people leave the religion, people that I have known over the years.

I need not account to you, though.

p.s.---you need to still work on that grammar, dude.

Nugget said it. "The ability to challenge and investigate information" is the sine qua non of an educated person. Even those who graduate college/university may not rise to it if all they do is receive information.

Thus there is no amount of information that the WTBTS can force through its followers that can educate them BECAUSE is does not allow for independent thought. Certainly it does not encourage questions. In fact, the WTBTS stamps out discourages "unauthorized"study groups that might vere of into the danger zones that await the accidental thinker.

One reason this site exists is because any investigation and challenge to Brooklyn teaching or literature will get you expelled from the Organization's school with a big fat scarlet "A"-------

    Apostate.

I have heard that reading the literature for 10 years is equal to a college education. Not sure that was even in the literature. Maybe it’s one of those rumors that aren't so tabu because it suits them? And I could see them claiming that being a JW is worth more than the best education. But I've never heard them make the claim that they are the Most Educated. Is this something new?

I've heard that through the years mynameislame.

Reading and studying the bound volumes will give you the equivalent of a university education.

Asking questions is a good thing. It stimulates discussion and let's people express their views. Let's face it, we have all bottled up many things that we need to get off our chests. Sometimes it's good just to shoot the breeze and BS and laugh.

Pacopoolio -"Helping people get EVERLASTING LIFE, which is the best charity that you can be a part of!"

    Welcome Pacopoolio to JWN.

Response to JWs: How does recruiting people into a dangerous cult help them get everlasting life? [Shock-n-Awe to later show JWs their lack of superior education]

John 6:68-70 states to follow Jesus Christ's words (i.e., teachings) to have eternal life. The GB discourage JWs from following God's two greatist commandments (i.e., MT 22:37-40), as well as discouraging non-annointed JWs to partake of the symbols of the body and blood of Christ.

Peace be with you and everyone, who you love,

    Robert

I would show them a photo of my grandfather, my mother, me, and my daughter together and ask them how many generations they see?

They can't count, and that is pretty basic education.

The children of the families I knew when I was a JW, most

excelled in high school. Unfortunately they missed out on critical

thinking in the next level, college.

The young people with their speaking abilities, that is

what impressed me the first time in the KH.
