If you reject his blood and the new covenant then there is no forgiveness of sins Hebrews 9. So most JW's dont realize that by following man and not christ they have condemed themselves, maybe not eternally but they will probably be reserected in the time of Judgment, much like those jews that made the golden calf, as a representation of god.
Shouldn't the "Other Sheep" be partaking of the bread at the memorial?

The memorial was presented to only the 11 at that night. They have since died. Thus no one is to partake of that and no one is alive who knew him to remember him.
