Sounds like a suicide to me when they use words like 'suspicious' but 'no foul play'.

Actually Carla when authorities believe a person died at their own hand they usually say, "No suspicious circumstances"and that police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the death." Stating that there was no foul play usually means no obvious, observable signs at this stage.
