Remember DCs (now regional conventions); they were in Madison, changed to Rockford, then to DeKalb. I remember jws for the area saying they had to drive one hour one way from the hotel to Rockford, and there we bugs in their room.

MN district 6, i think, was the designation... Rochester MN was where the DCs were... no idea now about any of it...
