CG, do you have that quote and page #? You will not find in the WTS publications. Verbal statements are not valid per the WTS administration, if it is not in writing it is only one person's opinion.

I think that was the case with me, "don't pray in Jesus name",
it was a personal opinion.

Though they dont give Jesus his biblical storybook due, they at least stick to the tradition of praying in Jesus name. Haven't you hear these gems:
"through the name of our ransom and redeemer, Jesus Christ" or "our king and redeemer, Jesus Christ"? I have heard this said by rote so many times it became a chant for some. Ugh.
These days I prefer the good ol' "Over the teeth and through the gums, watch out stomach, here it comes!"

So, if I asked a typical r&f witless would they agree that Jesus is only a mediator to the annointed? If so, that is a big deal.

It is taught that while Jesus is not Mediator for the other sheep he is their High Priest.
