A line of nursing homes might be a good financial move. In the US, when an elderly person with no assets moves to a nursing home, doesn't their social security check go to the home and medicaid pays the rest of the bill? What is left to profit off of penniless elderly JWs but their government benefits?

It is going to be hard for the elderly to get their 15 mnnutes preaching in per month being surrounded only by JWs, maybe they could put a cart up at the front for the delivery guys.
With only JWs being employed I wonder if they are allowed to do this with the anti discrimination laws.

HOW DOES IT WORK? You will fund yourself to the extent that your finances and income will permit up to our required fee level until your personal financial capital reduces to £3,000. At this point charitable can be provided, if you meet the critera You will be assessed as to personal financial circumstances, then Jah-Jireh will take a view on funding your care on the basis of these financial circumstances. The residence buildings will allow Christian witnesses to maintain a healthy spiritual routine, engage socially with fellow witnesses, and associate with a local congregation. The residents will be accommodated in a beautifully appointed facility that is designed to allow "aging in place." The highly trained staff will be composed exclusively of brothers and sisters.

Dear Librarian,
I do not know all the answers to your questions below, but my understanding of the Jah-Jireh Charity Homes within the UK they do have some connection to the UK Branch Office. As when a sister applied for residential employment within one of these homes she had to have her application form endorsed by our body of elders, they then sent the application form to the UK Branch Office before being sent to the home she applied for.
They state above that they are not a part of the Britain corporation. Questions remain however: Such as:
Are they funded at all by Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania or any of it's subsidiaries ?
What exactly constitutes "long-time faithful servants of Jehovah"? What if someone had been disfellowshipped and returned after 5 years in the 1980's?
Who decides who is "faithful" and who is not?
Why would they drain social services of "the world" first if this "theocratic" arrangement is better?
If funds from the "World Wide Work" were to be used in such a way in Britain and the USA couldn't brothers donating in poor countries begin to feel "exploited" by "richer" countries?
What about older ones who just now learn the "truth" and are in need? Why should they be turned away? Didn't Jesus say the "wages" would be the same for those working "all day" as for those working only an "hour"?

$3k is a good deal, if they're providing 24-hr supervision and meals. Sounds like they are.

As far as I'm aware, the Jah Jireh complex in Cumbria UK (it's virtually joined on to the local KH) charges the same amount to everyone, namely, what the Local Authority would pay - approx £340 per week.

So what happens to a JW resident who loses his "in good standing" status?
What happens to a JW who gets disfellowshipped?
It certainly sounds like the management would want to kick him/her out.
Would that be legal in the US? Suppose the DF has the money and the desire to stay. Would a skilled care facility be within its rights to eject one of its patients solely because he, say, decided to boink another one of the patients who happens not to be his spouse?
What happens in the existing Jah-Jireh homes in the UK when that occurs (it has to have happened somewhere already - some of those seniors can be pretty frisky)?

What happens if viagra is found in the room of a man who is known to be a widower or never married? What happens if the viagra package is found in a lady's room? If disfellowshipping applies, will they have enough time to atone their sin and come back to a good standing status. Remember that they are seniors, often with a short time to live. I guess there's not much time to "Wait on Jehovah".
