I have considered moving to a different country...but I don't have money.
... and if you don't have money???????
This won't provide any immediate consolation, but we should expect that at some point the technology will be advanced enough and cheap to produce that you can basically buy an "autodoc" (to use Larry Niven's term) for the home which will fix your problems for free. It won't cost more than, say, a car or two, you'll get inside it like an MRI, and will perform operations with perfect precision. Hopefully there will also be free clinics with a few of these machines running around the clock for those who come in off the street.
There's also a good likelihood that we'll have nanomachines for performing some operations (the ones that don't require manipulation of the body like incisions and displacing organs during surgery). Recently scientists were able to get nanomachines to assemble in an orderly manner in a cockroach's circulatory system: http://phys.org/news/2012-10-nano-machines-mimics-human-muscle.html. Give it 10-20 years, and they'll be able to find and destroy all cancers, adjust the brain from the inside to combat mental disorders, etc.
Wake Forest BAPTIST Medical Center? I thought people that believed in God were stupid and anti-science?
Yes, I'm sure there's a requirement to believe in the Baptist religion before you can work at a medical center with "Baptist" in the name

I remember when I realized this, and immediately thinking to myself, "how the hell is the WTS gonna deal with 'Satan's World' accomplishing what they've insisted would only be achieved by God in the New System?"
Cialis, Viagra ...
Yes, it's a great time to live an extended life.

@Apognophos
The founders of the hospital obviously were baptist and manage to produce an institution that could exel in the field of medicine. This is a direct contradiction to the notion that religious people are dumb and that they don't contribute to science.

Fundamentalists are "stupid and anti-science".
Most religious people aren't actually fundamentalists.
Oh, and there's a difference between mainstream Baptists and the SBC.
