I am seeing a lot of young Mormon men out lately, in their ties and nametags. Is it a certain time of year that they go out? Just curious if anyone knows.
Is it Mormon campaign season?

I agree!
Even in my part of the world there seems to be more out and about at the moment....

At least most of the Mormon guys don't look like they are wearing clothes from a thrift shop. Witnesses always look so geeky in their 'formal' attire.y

Mormon males are generally better dressed and better looking than JW males.
If clothing and looks were hallmarks of truth, the Latter-Day Saints would be the "truest" religious organization on earth.

The one time a Mormon ever preached to me he sat down next to me at a park bench whilst I was reading a book, then tapped me on the shoulder and said 'I really like your coat' followed by a painful silence before he offered me a Mormon pamphlet. I accepted because I was genuinely interested in what it had to say and then he asked if he could have my number. Hell no.
Ministerial training school graduate it was not.

When we were studying, I mentioned to our teacher that the Mormons also went door to door. I have been visited at my home before. The JW told me that they do, but only at certain times of the year.
The Mormons I saw weren't particularly handsome, but they were easily identifiable in their crisp white shirts and name tags. It's interesting to see them out in the stores and at the library, with their badges on. They are so obvious... and the most obvious words on their cult name tags is JESUS CHRIST.

A friend of mine swears he saw one wearing a badge that said "Elder Berry", which he found amusing. I have had a number of chats with them, they have given me DVD's, a copy of the Book of Mormon, and invited me to tour the local Temple.
I have not converted yet, don't hold your breath.
The most interesting conversation I had was with a young guy who said his brother, born-in to the faith, was having severe doubts, even doubting the existence of God. I told this young man to keep talking to his brother, and listen to his reasoning, he said he would. I wonder if he too now has doubts ?

This time of the year they probably sell a lot of magic underwear to the bikers.
